I think most of us know the sinking feeling that we get as we watch our very expensive notebook computer clatter to the ground, mumbling a prayer under our breath as we pick it up to make sure it still works.  Just last week I watched my 2 year old daughter test to see if mine passed as a good trampoline (it didn't).  Luckily, my little notebook seems to be built pretty tough and just keeps on ticking.  But you never know when one of these little incidents is the one with your machine's name on it. More...
