Carlos stepped in it today. He was responsible for getting my new laptop setup to begin my job with my new employer and there priced to be some difficulties on my end. He was an absolute professional. Carlos did whatever it took to make sure everything was in working order and was squared away before moving on. Great Friendly customer service. We had a nightmare of IT issues going on. Nate was able so solve most of them. Wish we found him sooner. Will definitely use Green Line in the future. He helped make our work environment less stressful.
